The Pirates (86-56) will play their first two games of their four game series against the Chicago Cubs in the first doubleheader of the 2015 season for the Bucs. Gerrit Cole and J.A. Happ will take the mound for the Pirates. First pitch its at 1:35 p.m. The second game is expected to start around 7:05 p.m. ROOT Sports Pittsburgh.
Steelers (0-1) head coach Mike Tomlin will have his weekly televised press conference today at noon from the South Side. WVU‘s (2-0) Dana Hologorson and Penn State‘s (1-1) James Franklin will have them as well.

On this date in 1982, the Penguins acquired goaltender Dennis Herron (right) from the Montreal Canadiens for a third-round draft pick. Herron would play 88 games for the Penguins over four seasons with a 3.88 goals-against average and a .879 save percentage.
