On this date in 1920, the last Major League Baseball tripleheader was played between the Pirates and the Reds. The Reds won the first two games, 13-4 and 7-3, but Pirates pitcher Johnny Morrison (left) shut out the Reds in the third game, giving up just four hits over six innings en route to a 6-o victory.
