The 15 finalists for the 2015 Hall of Fame Class were announced on Thursday and as expected there was a Pittsburgh Steelers presence on that list. Both running back Jerome Bettis and linebacker Kevin Greene were named finalist for the game’s ultimate honor. For Bettis, this is the fifth consecutive year that “The Bus” is a finalist for the Hall of Fame. This may be his best shot yet at getting in after he made it to the final 10 last year. Steelers won’t be switching to a 4-3 defense anytime soon
As the Pittsburgh Steelers sit at home and watch the rest of the NFL Playoffs, their to-do list for the offseason seems to be growing by the day. Several changes need to be made in terms of personnel, but there is one change that won’t be made any time in the near future. That’s a switch from a 3-4 defense into a 4-3 scheme. In theory a transition may make sense as it is still a question mark whether or not defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau will return in 2015 and head coach Mike Tomlin ... Read More

Plenty more to come from Steelers WR Martavis Bryant
Antonio Brown caught so many passes for the 2014 Pittsburgh Steelers that it sometimes seemed like Ben Roethlisberger needed no other targets. He caught so many passes --- 129 in the 16 regular season games and nine more in the Wild Card playoff loss to Baltimore, to be exact. Both of those figures were highest in the NFL during the season and in the Ravens-Steelers Wild Card playoff game. He gained so, so many yards. He gained an absurd 1,698 receiving yards, also most in the league. Brown ... Read More
