Duquesne (5-1) returns from Thanksgiving break to host Mississippi Valley State (0-7) tonight at 7 p.m. at Palumbo Center.

The Delta Devils, who have yet to play a home game this season, arrive in Pittsburgh with a pair of weekend losses in an Air Force Classic sub-regional hosted by Tennessee Tech, according to goduquesne.com. After a 67-64 loss to the local Robert Morris (1-6), Mississippi Valley State suffered a 101-64 decision to Tennessee Tech (5-2) on Sunday.
Tonight’s contest marks the first meeting between Duquesne and Mississippi Valley State.
Duquesne, which is 3-0 at home, currently averages 86.0 points on .524 shooting through six games. The Dukes average 10.7 3-pointers per game through the efforts of seniors Micah Mason (21-44, .477), Derrick Colter (17-43, .395) and Jeremiah Jones (7-17, .412) who are shooting a combined .433 from the arc.
