Duquesne (1-0) plays its second game in four days, hosting New Orleans (0-1) Monday night at the Palumbo Center.
The Privateers opened the season with a 79-61 loss at Bowling Green.
The Dukes are 71-39 in non-conference games at the Palumbo Center and 41-12 in non-conference home games since 2007-08, according to goduquesne.com.
In its exhibition game against Division II Urbana, Duquesne’s leading scorers included senior guards Derrick Colter and Micah Mason and junior center Darius Lewis, all at 15 points each.
Duquesne leads the series at Pittsburgh 1-0. Tonight’s contest begins the first of three games in the Gulf Coast Showcase, hosted in Pittsburgh.
