The #Pirates have not been informed on Liriano's decision, but he will reject the qualifying offer, I'm told.

Liriano — who had until 5 p.m. Monday to accept or reject the offer — was still in the decision process as of Sunday evening and didn’t make a decision until close to the deadline.
There are still no players that have accepted a qualifying offer along with Russell Martin, who rejected the Pirates qualifying offer over the weekend.
Liriano will now continue discussions with the Pirates and other teams. If he signs with another team, they will forfeit their 2015 first round draft pick and the Pirates will add a pick in the compensation round that follows the first round of the draft.
The Pirates would not forfeit anything if they resign Liriano.
