According to Jon Heyman from CBS Sports, the Mets and the Pirates have agreed to a deal that would send first baseman Ike Davis from the Mets to the Pirates.

Davis has been in a split with Lucas Duda in New York this year. In 12 games this year, Duda has one home run and five RBI in 24 at bats, with a slash line of .208/.367/.375. In 2012, the 27-year-old Davis hit 32 homers for the Mets.
Chris Cotillo of SB Nation first reported that the Pirates would be sending two prospects over to the Mets.
