The Pirates have tendered contracts to all players without contracts on the 40-man roster except for two.
Gaby Sanchez, who was DFA’d earlier in the week, was non-tendered making him a free agent.
RHP Chaz Roe was also non-tendered opening up a spot on the 40-man roster. Roe could still be signed to a minor league contract as reported by Rob Biertempfel of the Trib.
Roe was non-tendered, making him FA, but GM Neal Huntington hopes to re-sign him to minor league contract with ST invite.

11 Pirates will now go to arbitration to find out their financial future for next season.
Those names include: Neil Walker, Sean Rodriguez, Pedro Alvarez, Mark Melancon, Travis Snider, Chris Stewart, Francisco Cervelli, Tony Watson, Josh Harrison, Vance Worley and Jared Hughes.
