Steelers sign quarterback Bryn Renner
After throwing four interceptions against the Philadelphia Eagles in the first half of their meeting on August 18, the Steelers pulled Landry Jones out and put Dustin Vaughan in the game. However, Vaughan suffered a broken thumb. With the injury, the Steelers announced they have signed quarterback Bryn Renner. However, the team did not release Vaughan.
