The Robert Morris Colonials men’s hockey team has announced that Kody Van Rentergem will be promoted to assistant coach for the 2015-16 season. RMU to upgrade Island Sports Center
The Robert Morris University Island Sports Center complex on Neville Island will be getting a bit of a facelift this summer. The facility, which has served as the home of the RMU men’s and women’s hockey teams since their inception in 2004, will see its first major renovation since it has come under the auspices of the university. The Robert Morris Colonials hockey team continues to collect accolades. On Thursday morning, captain Cody Wydo was named a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. This time, it was head coach Derek Schooley, who was the recipient of the Atlantic Hockey Conference’s coach of the year award on Thursday.
