Second Half dooms Pitt in loss to Duke
Pitt welcomed the Duke Blue Devils to the Petersen Events Center for the first time ever Monday night. Judging by the success Duke had in the second half, they will gladly come back. Jamie Dixon’s team made things easy for the Blue Devils during the final 20 minutes as Duke turned a close game at the half into a route, outscoring the Panthers 46-33 in the second half, en route to an 80-65 victory.
