The Penn State Nittany Lions (2-1, 1-0) dominated the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (1-2, 0-1) under the lights of Beaver Stadium, ending the game by a final score of 28-3 in what was another standout game for freshman wide receiver Saquon Barkley. The Penn State Nittany Lions (1-1) overcame soggy weather and used a dominating second half to top the Buffalo Bulls (1-1) by a final score of 27-14.
