Adam Jones was rehearsing his apology to Steelers receiver Antonio Brown on Friday morning, as word came out that the All-Pro receiver will miss Sunday’s game against the Broncos with ongoing concussion symptoms. The news got worse for the team, as it was announced that running back DeAngelo Williams would miss the contest on Sunday, while quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be questionable.
According the Jason Mackey of DK on Pittsburgh Sports, Martavis Bryant said that Roethlisberger was throwing the ball 4o yards and probably could have thrown it further if he wanted to.
Martavis Bryant said Ben threw it at least 40 yards today. “He probably could have thrown it further if he wanted to.”

Roethlisberger has a sprained AC joint and torn ligaments in his shoulder from a hit he took from Vontaze Burfict last Saturday night in Cincinnati.
Roethlisberger came on in relief during the game’s final drive for Landry Jones after Jones threw an interception to the aforementioned Burfict.
With Roethlisberger likely to play, he’ll have to depend on Bryant, Markus Wheaton, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Heath Miller in the passing game, along with Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman in the backfield against Denver.
