NL Central Hot Stove: 11/14 – 11/20
Not much in terms of major moves or trades over the last week in the NL Central Things should pick up in the coming weeks leading up to the winter meetings. There were moves within organizations with teams placing minor leaguers eligible for the Rule 5 draft on their 40-man roster. This allows those players to not be put in the Rule 5 draft.
